This agreement outlines what you can expect from me and what I need from you to ensure a smooth, enjoyable event.
What I Provide
- A warm, professional magic performance tailored to your event
- All required props and equipment
- Clear communication before the event
- Full public liability insurance
What I Need From You
- A safe, clear performance space
- Appropriate supervision for children
- Access to the venue at least 20 minutes before the show
- Contact details for the organiser on the day
Payment & Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. If payment is not made by the agreed date, the booking may be released.
Cancellations
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund
- 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the event: non‑refundable
If I Need to Cancel
In the rare event I must cancel due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund or a free date transfer.
On the Day
I will arrive early, set up quietly, and keep everything stress‑free. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, I may pause or stop the performance.
